When going up or down stairways always stay close to the hand rail or wall in case you lose your balance. This way you will always have something available to grab on to or lean against.

If you go up or down a stairway in the middle you will not have the railing or wall to use if needed.

The work assignments at SST can be accomplished by walking at a normal pace without the need to jump, run or skip stairs or ladder rungs. Don’t let work become a “pain-in-the-butt”, stay on your feet!
